UPDATE: According to the Atlanta Police Department, Arasely Jimenez-Vasquez has been safely located. Thank you to all who helped share about her disappearance. The suspect Armando Aguilar is still at large.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 12 year old Arasely Jimenez-Vasquez out of the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Arasely was last seen on April 17, 2017 at 10 pm at 2783 Dearwood Drive SW, Atlanta. She is believed to be in the company of Armando Aguilar age 32. Aguilar may have been a slight aquaintence of Arasely’s family. The pair is believed to be in a white Econoline van with the Georgia license plate QFD5854. There is a felony warrant for kidnapping our for Aguilar. Arasely is thought to be in extreme danger.
Aguilar is hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches, 180 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes with heavy scarring on the right side of his chin. He also has a tattoo reading ‘Ashley’ mid-chest. Above and below this tattoo he has three large stars tattooed respectively.
Arasely is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Hispanic.
• HAIR: Brown/black.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 130 pounds.
