ORIGINAL ARTICLE: ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 25 year old Austin Hart out of the Atlanta, Georgia area.

STORY CONTINUES BELOW

Austin was last seen at 1:30 pm on March 11, 2017 before travelling from Acworth, Georgia to Atlanta, Georgia. He may have spoken on the phone with family the following morning. He was wearing a plaid shirt, a gold and red Gold’s Gym hoodie, jeans and black Vans shoes.

Austin’s family reported him missing after they got a call from an unknown male stating that Austin’s vehicle had been found at the intersection of Paines and Pelham in Northwest Atlanta, Georgia. Family stated that his car had been ransacked. This area, near Vine City has well-known drug dens. According to family, Austin has been struggling with addiction.

Austin’s family has also posted on Facebook that a family member called Austin’s cell phone (time unknown) and an unknown person answered saying that when they last saw Austin he was blue in the face, in his car, but with another person driving.


Austin is described as:

• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Brown, short.
• EYES: Hazel.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 6 inches.
• WEIGHT: 120 pounds.
• OTHER: Austin has several tattoos: A dagger on the inside of his right wrist, a deer on the inside of his left wrist, an owl on his calf, a small black pentagon on his right ankle and ‘RIP Becky’ on his right shoulder.
